Signature Roast
	Is a premium blend of high quality coffees(SHG) from Central America such as Nicaragua Matagalpa and Asia such as Indonesian Celebes Kalosi  They are roasted separately between medium and full city roasts and blended together to create an exclusive a lower acid coffee that is unmatched by others.

Breakfast Blend
	Is a blend of three kinds of single origin coffee beans mainly from Asia and South America. These coffees are roasted separately in three different shades of roasts to produce a smooth and medium strength cup of coffee to start your day; a real eye-opener.

Decaf
	Decaf can be made from single origin or a blend of coffees that are decaffeinated in Germany through European water process. This coffee decaffeination process is the latest method of extracting caffeine without side effect of chemical agents on the quality of coffee beans. As a result, Decaf coffee loses only the original color without sacrificing much of the taste.

French Roast
	This is an “a wake up call” coffee; featuring darker brown color roast. French roast is a blend of two kind of Centro-American coffees roasted medium to dark for full body, lower acidity, and shiny appearance with spicy bittersweet flavor.

Special Blend
	Is a house blend which is created from years of experience in coffee, and based on feedbacks from coffee drinking customers. The Special Blend brews a bold, smooth and aromatic cup of coffee that satisfies the most discriminating coffee drinkers.
